Purchase policy for event tickets

1. Payments
Payment will be processed by Sagepay, at the confirmation page you will be taken to the Sagepay payment website where you can pay by credit/debit card. We do not store credit card details and we don’t share customer details with any third parties.

2. Digital ticket delivery
Event tickets will be sent to you by email, you will need to present this to gain entry to the event.

3. Refunds
Refunds are available up to 3 working days before the event. To request a refund telephone 01539 722464  or 015394 46139.
